No, not really! But, wow, you can definately tell they are sisters. The oldest two girls are twins. When they called and scheduled, I was so excited. They are about the same age as my girls. To celebrate Aiden's first birthday, we did some lifestyle portraits at her home. They turned out so cute! It was so hot, but Aiden was a trooper and had a lot of fun with his cake!!

When Baby "G"'s mom called to schedule his portraits, she knew exactly what she wanted -- very simple and clean portraits of her little bundle of joy. Nothing fuzzy or fancy, just beautiful simple portraits. He slept for most of the session allowing us to move this little five day old around on all these cozy warm blankets. We are so happy with how this session turned out and can not wait to photography little "G" again, when he gets older.

We had the amazing privilege to photograph Little Miss N from her first hours. We went to the hospital and capture those first moments with her parents. Wow, how fast time goes and now she is already 3 months. We had so much fun photographing this smiley girl. She laughed a lot and then, fell asleep on us. It was so sweet and so cute. We can not wait to see how much she grows before her 6 month session.

We have been photographing Little Z and his older brother since they were born. They are so cute and Mom always does such a great job picking out the best outfits for them. Well, for Little Z's most recent session (his 2nd birthday), he really did not want anything to do with having his pictures taken. He did not want to leave mom, he was not satisfied with even the best chair to climb, even smarties did not work. So, we decided that a Real Life style session would be much better for him. Little Z got to be who he is ... a boy! We had fun picking up sticks, moving rocks ... and well even throwing rocks. But it worked and the portraits turned out amazing. Enjoy!!!

My Little Ones ...

Luckily, our girls are fairly comfortable in the studio and even help us pick new elements for the portraits. We have worked hard to create some great changes in the studio over the past two months. When we purchased this background, I knew it would be used for my next session of Catie and CeCe. The hardest part of being a photographer and a parent is that our poor children are subject to testing all of our new ideas and they are also subject to not having any prints as the post production gets put on the back burner. (Note: Their birthday pictures from February are not done yet. Soon!) This time I was not going to let that happen. I am in love with these images! They totally showcase their personalities! I love my girls and I love my job! The tears I get in my eyes when watching this are the same tears I get in my eyes when I watch all of my wonderful clients images. Enjoy!!!

Just wanted to let you know that we came on Saturday and viewed Harrison's 9 month photos...they are wonderful!

I wanted to let you know how happy we have been with our experience with you guys at Visualizations. We had Harrison's 3 month pictures taken at xxxx and it was a horrible experience! His 6 month pictures (the first session with you guys) were great and the pictures Aaron took of our family ... are gorgeous. We had 80+ gorgeous pictures to choose from when we met with Christy on Saturday, it was so difficult to narrow them down. When we went to the session at xxxx (we were there almost 3 hours!!!) we only ended up with 6 pictures from which to choose. What a contrast it was coming to you guys after our experience at xxxx! It's also been great working with Christy - she is so patient with us. She even stayed late with us Saturday to make sure we were happy with our order. We can't wait for the 9 month pictures to come in and we really can't wait to see the album we will get at the end of Harrison's "Watch Me Grow" sessions.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with your business. We recommend you to anyone who is looking for a photographer. The pictures that have come out of Harrison's photo shoots are so adorable and we get so many comments on the ones we have on display at our house and give to other members of our family.

Aaron and I wanted to do something a little different with their maternity session. We decided that the beautiful early morning sun on Lake Erie would be a wonderful thought. Also, being that Krista and Ryan enjoy the outdoors - camping and bonfires - we thought it would be perfect for some on the countryside. Sunday, Christy had a birthday party for her two children Carter and Sofi at the local Pump it Up. We had so much fun with our children. At the end of the day, the kids were tired, but the parents were more tired. Charmaine spent most of the time chasing Thomas around and Amanda had a family commitment and could not come. Thank you Christy (and Garrison) for the fun party and Happy Birthday Carter and Sofi!

Today, I photographed little Ava. I started photographing Ava when her mom was still awaiting her arrival. It is so fun to watch the children grow and change in the first year. I feel like it was just last week that I did Ava's 6 month portraits and today she is 9 months. In the beginning, Ava was a little unsure, but with goofy Aaron and help from her mom, she relaxed and we captured some amazing images. I love them all, however, my absolute favorite is the close up with the hood. Enjoy!!

Recently, Aaron and Joanna photographed Tori from Coventry. The session was loads of fun! She wants to go into fashion design and had really cool and vibrant clothes.

A day or two before the session, Aaron and Joanna did their annual "chair run". What is the chair run? It is the time of year when Joanna and Aaron take on the task of finding cool new chairs and elements to use in the pictures. Since Tori was the first senior to be photographed after the "chair run", she was the lucky one to have all new elements and poses for her senior pictures!

A week or so ago, Aaron and Heidi photographed Caroline. Caroline is a yoga instructor in Akron and all we have to save is WOW! Everyone at the studio wishes they could do half of the poses that she could do. Caroline always wished to have portraits showing off her strength and concentration. Her students made it possible for her by purchasing a gift certificate for the holidays. Thank you Caroline for an enjoyable session and the inspiration to get back to the gym!

Aaron and I photographed Payton's first Birthday pictures last week. She is so cute! She is so active and so strong. She loved climbing and discovering things for herself. Her mom brought different things to help celebrate her first birthday! Payton is another of our wonderful children that we have been documenting her first year! Unfortunately, Amanda missed her birthday, but I think Aaron and I captured Payton and her expressions in a beautiful way! My favorite portraits are the pictures with her little knit hat. Recently, Krista and I photographed little Sam! It is his first birthday! Amanda has been photographing Sam since before he was born and it is amazing how fast the last year has gone. (Due to Amanda's maternity leave, she missesd his first birthday!) He did so well during the session, he laughed a lot. The cutest part of the session was after Sam smashed his cake and his mom took him to clean up, his big sister snuck over and helped herself to his leftovers. We caught it! It was so cute! Visualizations receives Honors at State Competition

On November 9, the photographers at Visualizations competed in the State Wide Folio Competition for the Professional Photographers of Ohio. All of our photographers received Honorable Mentions on a variety of entries. Aaron also received a 3rd place trophy on his image "Bride Diva". Above are some of the winners from the weekend. Congratulations to all of you! We are very proud!

In conjunction with the competition, the photographers and artists at Visualizations also learned of many new ideas and concepts that we can not wait to pass on to you, our clients. On Friday, Krista and Aaron went out to photograph Karen and Rich's family in Stow. The orginal thought was to capture beautiful family portraits with the rich golden tones behind them. Well, that was definately accomplished, plus just a bit more. The boys decided it was time for a bit of fun in the mud. Check out these great images and expressions on the boys ... When a Fire Fighter and Athlete Meet ...

A few weeks ago, Aaron and I were privileged to photograph the wedding of Sarah and Todd. They are a wonderful and FUN couple. We had a great time with the couple and the bridal party throughout the day. We started at Sarah's parents in the morning, has a wonderful mass at Immaculate Heart in Cuyahoga Falls, drove to Brimfield Township fire department (Todd works there) and did so many creative portraits and candids of the couple and friends. Todd and Sarah are a beautiful couple and are truly in love. You can see it in all of their portraits. After an enjoyable night of dinner and dancing at the Hilton West, Sarah and Todd were off to Hilton Head for a relaxing week. Thank you Sarah and Todd for allowing us to capture these wonderful memories for you!!!
