Little "Z"

We have been photographing Little Z and his older brother since they were born. They are so cute and Mom always does such a great job picking out the best outfits for them. Well, for Little Z's most recent session (his 2nd birthday), he really did not want anything to do with having his pictures taken. He did not want to leave mom, he was not satisfied with even the best chair to climb, even smarties did not work. So, we decided that a Real Life style session would be much better for him. Little Z got to be who he is ... a boy! We had fun picking up sticks, moving rocks ... and well even throwing rocks. But it worked and the portraits turned out amazing. Enjoy!!!

My Little Henrik ...

Some sessions are very dear to my heart. This was one of them! This is my godson, Henrik! He is so cute and smiley. I just love him! When I was over once, I saw that sweater, looked at his mom and said, "We have to do pictures in that." A few days later, I did these!! Enjoy!!

Hello World ...

Wow, Thank you to everyone who has made this Spring Special the most successful ever! We have captured so many wonderful memories for families over the past few weeks. My Little Ones ...

Luckily, our girls are fairly comfortable in the studio and even help us pick new elements for the portraits. We have worked hard to create some great changes in the studio over the past two months. When we purchased this background, I knew it would be used for my next session of Catie and CeCe. The hardest part of being a photographer and a parent is that our poor children are subject to testing all of our new ideas and they are also subject to not having any prints as the post production gets put on the back burner. (Note: Their birthday pictures from February are not done yet. Soon!) This time I was not going to let that happen. I am in love with these images! They totally showcase their personalities! I love my girls and I love my job! The tears I get in my eyes when watching this are the same tears I get in my eyes when I watch all of my wonderful clients images. Enjoy!!!

Sweet Session...

Hailey is such a fun and sweet girl! We got to take some fun pictures to show off her personality and also took a few with her mother's hands to show the priceless bond between Mom and daughter...
